He has worked at national and local levels on building better futures, large change, person-centered, vulnerability, health/human services, policy, systems, performance, reform and management.

For decades, he has strongly advocated the Thrive! vision. His strategic, policy, management, performance, and advocacy work spans his service in and out of government.
